The Celina Digby Zen Meditation collection has been created by our own award winning Interior Designer with 20 years experience in the industry.
Each piece is designed, printed and handmade in the UK using ecologically printed fabric. Our Crescent-Moon Shaped Wedge Cushions are perfect for Yoga and Zen meditation.
The OUTER MATERIAL is breathable, soft touch velvet, which has a silky smooth texture, luxurious soft feel and a very durable finish. The ecologicaly printed outer cover is also removeable and machine washable at 30 degrees.
The Unique Wedge Shape tilts the pelvis and hips slightly forwards allowing the lumbar spine to remain in its natural curve, alleviates postural problems and enables an effortless seated position. This keeps the spine upright and the shoulders relaxed. Drawing the heels in to the arc of the crescent moon shape encourages the shins and knees to drop towards the floor thus creating a stable and well aligned base for the perfect meditation position.

NOTE: The 100% cotton inner has a zip so that you can add or remove buckwheat hulls, if required, to achieve perfect comfort. The triple screened, force air-cleaned 100% ORGANIC buckwheat filling has NEVER been treated with herbicides, pesticides or fungicides either when growing, harvesting or storage. The luxurious cover is easily removable and machine washable at 40 degrees. Velvet is a very durable and ecologically printed fabric that has a much longer life than cotton or linen equivalents. Also the colours will not fade with washing.
