This Yoga and Meditation Cushion will provide you with full comfort, sitting stability and optimal hip support while practicing your yoga and meditation.
Yoga and mediation are all about posture. Comfortable seating is a prerequisite to successful sessions.
Soft, sturdy and resistant, this cushion will help you to keep your back straight in order to facilitate proper alignement to breathe in the most natural way. This is particularly relevant during Pranayama to give more power and strength to your breath.
You will improve your flexibility and feel comfortable even in difficult positions. The cushion will settle by 0,7″ to 1,2″ with regular use over the time, and will fit the shape of the yogi’s pelvis.

Versatile, this cushion is sturdy enough to be used as yoga block or yoga prop. It can be used in several yoga inversion positions, easing poses that often cause pain or discomfort.
It can also be used for massage sessions or for any exercise or position requiring support of the knees, elbows, forearms or head. By relieving your body and joints during physical exercise or at rest, it will definitely be your “well-being ally”.

Eco-responsible, this product is made from Kapok, 100% natural white fiber. It is handmade by a skilled workforce at ANADEO’s factory in Thailand, on the site of the Kapok harvest. Air compressors are used to fill the cushions, thus increasing the density of the Kapok and improving the working conditions of the workers performing the delicate step of filling and stuffing. This material is 100% recyclable and resistant to daily use.
