1 x Full Green Yoga Block available in non-toxic, scratch-resistant first grade EVA polyethylene foam which is light and durable with 3mm chamfered edges. Their dense quality means they are strong enough to support any yoga posture, yet soft enough to be comfortable. Ideal to support the body in many yoga postures, for example Sukhasana (Simple Cross Legs), Virasana (Hero Pose) (twist), Setu Bandha Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand Bridge Pose – supported), Halasana and Ardha Halasana (Plough and Half Plough Pose) and Salamba Sarangasana (supported Shoulder Stand).
