Included is two containers each with 25 codefree, certified test strips for your Beurer GL 50 or GL 44 Blood Glucose Monitors. Once opened, the containers can be stored for up to 90 days, at a temperature of +4 degrees Celsius to +40 degrees Celsius. Humidity of 10% to 85%. Do not store the containers in the fridge.

The Beurer GL 50 Blood Glucose Monitor is compatible with the new international DIN EN ISO 15197:2013 standard for home testing of glucose levels. This standard will be compulsory from 2016. This new standard has been set to improve home testing results accuracy to 99%, thus enabling patients to self manage and regulate their diabetes. The previous standard had been at 95%. The GL 50 provides accurate measuring to plan dietary requirements and medication dosage, for example, insulin.
