5. Gaze Point: to keep concentration and focus.
6. Recerse Points: helps correct feet and hand positions when on back.

Care & Use:
1.Ensure the special designed corner pockets hook onto the corners of your mat to prevent moving and bunching.If the towel is longer than your mat, use the corners on one end and tuck it under on the other.
2.Avoid using lotion the day of your practice, or your hands and feet will not stay firmly planted.
3.Machine wash separately in cold water.
4.Air dry or tumble dry on low.
5.Do not use bleach or fabric softener.
